Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum + bonus
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Pattern: Office-based
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and professional Sales Negotiator to join their team in Earls Colne.
This role would suit someone with previous sales experience. The key requirement is someone who is confident speaking with customers, following up quotations, building relationships and helping convert enquiries into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers by phone and email to follow up quotations and secure orders.
Build strong relationships with customers, influencers and decision-makers.
Negotiate with customers, understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Keep internal CRM and pricing systems accurate and up to date.
Review and amend quotations using internal pricing software.
Work closely with Estimating, Technical and Production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Capture customer feedback and share useful information with internal teams.
Maintain a professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
What We Are Looking For
Previous sales, customer service or account management experience.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to following up enquiries and quotations.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable working to targets and conversion goals.
