Due to growth, we are now looking for a New Business Account Manager for our Leeds office and it couldn’t be a better time to join us.
Working as part of a new business team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing customers whilst optimising quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
That means you’ll;
- Respond to, and follow up on sales enquiries by both telephone & email.
- Make outbound calls to potential new customers and, through asking appropriate questions understand the customer needs and recommend a suitable product or service.
- Manage your own customer accounts for a period of 6 months, ensuring your customers are fully engaged and using their fuel card product at every opportunity.
- Achieve stretching targets by being knowledgeable about the fuel card industry, being consultative in your approach, and having integrity when making recommendations.
This isn’t all, you’ll deal with regular pricing and charge queries and you’ll get involved with any new/enhanced products that become available, all whilst working towards individual and group sales targets in a vibrant, fun, and friendly office.
We’re not your typical call centre either, there’s no dialler here, we’re looking for great people not scripted robots.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a Sales Consultant, Telesales Advisor, Sales Account Manager, Ninja Warrior, or Superman. If you’ve got the right attitude and drive to be successful, you’ll be an incredible asset to our team.
We’re looking for excellence but not always experience. Our best people come from a truly varied background and as we give you full training, you don’t need to have knowledge of the fuel card market to be successful with us. All we ask is you’re an excellent communicator and have a confident telephone manner. You’re results driven and have a passion for getting into a sales and service environment and that you’ll always give 100%.

We’re offering a people focussed package that includes a good basic of £18,200 (after probationary period), unlimited commission earning potential (it truly is uncapped) 20 – 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
