What You’ll Do
As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build your own specialist market within the fast-growing technology sector. You’ll:
- Develop relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers
- Win new business and build long-term client partnerships, through outbound calling
- Source and place high-quality technology talent
- Manage recruitment processes from initial conversations through to successful placements
- Become a trusted expert within your specialist market
- Build your own network, reputation, and personal brand
