Trainee Sales Executive
Salary & Benefits:
£30,000 – £35,000 per annum negotiable, depending on experience
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Profit Sharing Scheme

Location: Plymouth, Devon
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Company Description: Our client is the UK’s largest electrical wholesaler, operating from over 240 locations nationwide. They specialise in the distribution of top-branded electrical products, with a growing focus on green energy solutions. The company offers fantastic career progression and various training schemes available for all employees.
Person & Skills Required:
Education & Qualifications
Educated to at least A-Level or BTEC standard, ideally with a business related qualification
A genuine interest in learning and developing your skills further is always a plus!
Other Requirements
You’ll need to hold a full, clean UK driving licence
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and building great relationships.
Confident using social media and engaging effectively online.
Proactive and self motivated, with the ability to take initiative and see things through.
Excellent time management and a strong sense of reliability and punctuality.
Comfortable working independently and just as happy being part of a collaborative team.
Skills & Abilities
Are you curious and eager to learn? Do you enjoy taking on new challenges and finding creative solutions?
Confident with modern technology and genuinely interested in the renewable energy sector?
Experience & Background
Some experience in customer service would be great, ideally within a similar industry, but full training will be provided for the right person.
